The 2026–27 Florida State Seminoles women's basketball team will represent Florida State University during the 2026–27 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Seminoles, led by sixth-year head coach Brooke Wyckoff, will play their home games at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee, Florida as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
On April 28, 2026, UConn forward Ice Brady was announced to have transferred to Florida State. However, it was also said that Brady would miss the entire 2026–27 season due to continued rehabilitation for a season-ending knee injury she suffered in November 2025, causing her to miss the rest of the Huskies' season after two games.
Previous season
The Seminoles finished the 2025–26 season 10–21 overall and 5–13 in ACC play, to finish fourteenth in the conference. As the No. 14 seed in the ACC tournament, they lost in the first round to No. 11 Georgia Tech.
