The Public Authorities (Fraud, Error and Recovery) Act 2025 (c. 28) is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
It is primarily intended to combat benefit fraud. It grants new powers to the Public Sector Fraud Authority and Department for Work and Pensions.
The act received Royal Assent on 2 December 2025.
