The 1994–95 FA Women's Premier League Cup was the 4th staging of the FA Women's Premier League Cup, a knockout competition for England's top 36 women's football clubs.
Due to England's participation in the 1995 World Cup, the FA barred National Division sides from competing in the League Cup. This meant reigning champions Arsenal could not defend their trophy. Instead, only teams in the Northern and Southern divisions could take part.
The tournament was won by Wimbledon, who beat Villa Aztecs 2–0 in the final.
