Paragongylopus is a genus of stick insects in the tribe Gratidiini, erected by S.C. Chen and Y.H. He in 1997.Chen SC, He YH (1997) A new genus and new species of Heteronemiidae from Guangxi, China (Phasmatodea: Heteronemiidae). Acta Entomologica Sinica 40(3), 297–299. Species have been recorded from China, Thailand and Vietnam (possibly incomplete distribution).
