Ayatsimakhi (; Dargwa: ГIяяцимахьи) is a rural locality (a selo) in Karbuchimakhinsky Selsoviet, Dakhadayevsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 126 as of 2010. There is one street in the village.
