William F. Jasper is an American author who has been referred to by John Birch Society publications as its president since at least May 2025. Before this he had been credited as a senior editor of The New American, the JBS's magazine. The Center for Media and Democracy has labeled him a conspiracy theorist.

Beginnings William F. Jasper's profile on the John Birch Society website states he was born in Madison, Wisconsin but grew up in the Pacific Northwest. He is said to have graduated from the University of Idaho and, with his wife Carmen, Jasper has two children.

In 1976, Jasper joined the John Birch Society as a researcher. Soon he began to write for its magazines, American Opinion and The Review of the News. When they merged in 1985 he continued working under their successor The New American, becoming a senior editor in 1990. Beliefs As senior editor of a magazine considered far-right and conspiratorial, Jasper's writings were generally noted by Dr. Alyce P. Miller in her doctoral dissertation as reflecting such sentiments. He openly disparages the neoconservative movement and describes William F. Buckley Jr. as one of the figures who had "taken over the Republican Party." In an April 2026 interview he expressed views that the United States' main adversary was China due to its supposed influence on the annual Bilderberg Conference. His reasoning is based on the conspiracy theory that "globalists" are grooming upcoming politicians. Jasper also stated that Christian Europe would be "destroyed" if Turkish Muslims were allowed into the Schengen Area. When speaking on childhood education, he invoked the queer grooming conspiracy.
