Chang Wook-jin is a Korean diplomat and former international civil servant, who serves as the incumbent Deputy Minister for Multilateral and Global Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
From 2022 to 2025, he served as the Chief of the Non-Governmental Organizations Branch within the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA).
He has also served as the Director-General for International Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as a Special Assistant to the then United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. References
