Myriopteron is a species of plants in the family Apocynaceae first described as a genus in 1844.Griffith, William. 1844. Calcutta Journal of Natural History and Miscellany of the Arts and Sciences in India 4: 385Tropicos, genus Myriopteron It contains only one known species, Myriopteron extensum, native to Southeast Asia, India, and southern China.Flora of China, Vol. 16 Page 194 翅果藤 chi guo teng Myriopteron extensum (Wight & Arnott) K. Schumann in Engler & Prantl, Nat. Pflanzenfam. 4(2): 215. 1895. It can be found in Bangladesh.
