Manoba phaeochroa is a moth in the family Nolidae. It was described by George Hampson in 1900.

Distribution It is found in Sikkim in India and in Thailand, 2010: Contribution to the Nolinae (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae) fauna of North Thailand. Esperiana Buchreihe zur Entomologie 15: 7-126. and possibly on Java.
