Baie-Atibenne () is an unorganized territory in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada, part of the Matawinie Regional County Municipality. The territory is named after Atibenne Bay of Kempt Lake.
The Atikamekw community of Manawan is an enclave within the territory.
