Presidential elections were held in Honduras in 1881. The result was a victory for the Liberal candidate,Darío A Euraque (1996) Reinterpreting the Banana Republic: Region and State in Honduras, 1870–1992 University of North Carolina Press, p46 incumbent President Marco Aurelio Soto, who received 82% of the vote.
