Pyrgulina obesa is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Pyramidellidae, the pyrams and their allies.Peñas A. & Rolán E. (1998). La familia Pyramidellidae Gray, 1840 (Mollusca, Gastropoda) en África Occidental. 3. El género Chrysallida s.l. Iberus, suppl. 4 : 1-73.
Distribution This species occurs along the Atlantic coast of Africa, and is known from Ghana, Gabon, Republic of the Congo, Angola and Príncipe.
