Federal Route 3217 or Jalan Perindustrian Kapar–Meru (formerly Selangor State Route B2 and B1), is an industrial federal road in Selangor, Malaysia.
The road comprises two sections: the north-south stretch from Meru to Klang city center is known as Jalan Meru and the east-west stretch from Meru to Kapar is known as Persiaran Hamzah Alang.
At most sections, the Federal Route 3217 was built under the JKR R5 road standard, with a maximum speed limit of .
