The Little Two Hearted River is a river located entirely within Luce County in the U.S. state of Michigan.U.S. Geological Survey. National Hydrography Dataset high-resolution flowline data. The National Map , accessed January 3, 2012 The river rises from its source at Little Two Hearted Lakes in Lake Superior State Forest and flows north into Lake Superior about east of the Two Hearted River.

The river is entirely located within McMillan Township and is passed over along County Road 412 travelling eastward from Pine Stump Junction to Crisp Point Light.
