Sveti Ožbolt (; Leksikon občin kraljestev in dežel zastopanih v državnem zboru, vol. 6: Kranjsko. 1906. Vienna: C. Kr. Dvorna in Državna Tiskarna, p. 64.) is a settlement in the Municipality of Škofja Loka in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.

Name The name of the settlement was changed from Sveti Ožbolt (literally, 'Saint Oswald') to Ožbolt nad Zmincem (literally, 'Oswald above Zminec') in 1955. The name was changed on the basis of the 1948 Law on Names of Settlements and Designations of Squares, Streets, and Buildings as part of efforts by Slovenia's postwar communist government to remove religious elements from toponyms.Spremembe naselij 1948–95. 1996. The nave dates to 1644 and originally had a flat ceiling but was vaulted in 1849.
