Ruthenium-105 of 105Ru is een onstabiele radioactieve isotoop van ruthenium, een overgangsmetaal. De isotoop komt van nature niet op Aarde voor.
Ruthenium-105 ontstaat onder meer bij het radioactief verval van technetium-105.
