Stenopsyche ivalak is een schietmottensoort uit de familie Stenopsychidae. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 2013 door János Oláh., 2013: On the Trichoptera of Vietnam, with description of 52 new species. Annales historico-naturales Musei nationalis hungarici 105: 55-134.
